Vendor Upload Form

Basic Guide (ATTN!!!-> Updated on July 8th 2010): Use this form to submit your product for sale. It will be edited if necessary & even enhanced with the information you provide here as soon as possible.

There are three Product types for your convenience: Designs ~ Art ~ Gear (supplies) please select accordingly.

Please avoid duplicate submissions, though repeats are acceptable for older products, retiring products and of course sale products.

JPG or GIF and even Animated GIFs you've made yourself are acceptable, please keep them under 60kb. If I can enhance your image I will.

VERY brief descriptions, if you wish to add one, are acceptable, but remember, customers are visual, so make your words count if you opt to use them (or I may even opt to treat you to a catchy one liner if I have time =0)

Because of our private search feature, please use an exact URL that goes directly to the product as opposed to a general category, if you don't I will go find it and edit it to reflect the exact URL whenever possible. Advertising a product is not a *hunt*, online customers expect to go straight to the product particularly after a search or they may very well leave. Please think as if you were the customer.

Suggestion: if you want them to see more of your product, provide and submit a "Hunt" for a quality sample or free design. This way we can be responsible with both our advertising and also get your other unadvertised products seen.

Product Type *

Please select the appropriate gallery for your product.
Product Header or Title
(i.e. Sale, Intro Priced, "Set Title", etc) *

This space can be used for the words New, Sale or Intro Priced, etc as you wish (or your set name in quotes).
Product Title or Sub-Title
(i.e. "Set Title") a brief description is also allowed *

Your sub-title can go here, or if you wish your set name (in quotes please).
REQUIRED for Approval. For designs: design count & hoop sizes (for art: image count; for gear/supplies: product count). *

Please don't make us or the customer wonder what they're buying. List design count as well as applicable hoop sizes. For art: image count. For gear/supplies: product count where applicable.
