What's expected of you the vendor...
- Upload your new product or sale here to the appropriate gallery. You are allowed to post to the gallery most appropriate for your product line. Your product cannot be represented in ads on groups, forums or the full color newsletter without your cooperation (the vendor form is mandatory).
- When you upload your product or sale details this provides me with the information I need to add you to the newsletter and rotated DigiFavs ads that I go out and post, etc. Product details will not be uploaded for you, but the form is easy to use and find from the main menu at any time; or just click & bookmark this link.
- Previous products may of course be listed again as long as they are on sale, being retired, or similar.
- Act responsibily with your customers
- Pay your invoices to us on time if on installments or paid annually
- Post our Logo linked back to the product page you're listed on at Digifavs
- This is not the place to test your marketing options; such activities can be detrimental to a site; with that in mind please have a cooperative spirit, if you have something new or on sale, and you're posting it elsewhere, please be a team player and post it here as well.
- A note regarding Dedicated Ad service (separate from the service here at the site). I get about 50 or more newsletters per day. Under NO circumstances is your mass sent newsletter considered my notification of updates that need to be applied to your ad. I would never get anything done if I hunted through every newsletter. If you have hired me for dedicated service, I am happy to serve you, but your notification MUST come to me a minimum of 24 hours in advance and it MUST be via email to webmaster@digifavs.com. You are however welcome to submit late changes or updates which I will be more than happy to add, but only if I am able, but naturally I can't guarantee it. This is the same courtesy expected from any other broker or agent, please help yourself, and me by submitting on time and via an acceptable method.

- Inclusion on our Groups, forums & social networks (every growing)
- A lot of honest, hard work...I really do care, I don't just say I do =0)
What else you need to know...
- We do not offer refunds, sorry but there are no exceptions. If this bothers you please only opt in (ask for) installments.
Interested in joining?
We're interested in having you too, so let's talk about it! Depending on your production level, promotion starts at just $80 per year & you'd be surprised how much that gets you. If you're a heavy producer, no problem, we can handle it, but we need to talk about it, and don't worry, we make it easy for you by arranging low monthly installments. Contact us for further information, we'd love to have you join our family of kindred souls.
To keep it fair, here's what we find unacceptable:
- Posting of the same product repeatedly
- Advertisment the same sale repeatedly
- Why? Because if we allow advertisment of the same product or sale repeatedly, people will stop visiting the site because allowing such is contradictory to 'new'; which hurts everyone
- Share or sell our list of advertising venues
- Allow one vendor to spam their department with repeated postings of their work. Why? Because this floods the gallery with one vendors product and is generally considered unfair; so let's give everyone a fair chance to sell their product by staying balanced.
What we can't tolerate...
(Each of the below may grounds for immediate termination dependent on circumstances):
- Copyright infringement
- Blackballing other vendors
- Slander of others
- Not paying your invoice (please value my work as you do your own)
- Verbal abuse or unreasonable, ongoing demands & harrassment. Suggestions are ALWAYS welcomed, but please don't demand I run my site a certain way; this is my profession. I have been trained and am always learning more.
- If you hire me to do dedicated ads, do NOT post on groups and forums (it's considered doubling up and causes too many problems to list)
- Every once in a while a situation will arise where a client is just generally and continually uncooperative or otherwise particularly troublesome for lack of a better explanation; this is not conducive to a healthy work environment/relationship. So lets work together for the better of all our businesses in a positive and constructive manner
What If...
- If you see someone you feel is in violation of copyright...do we want to know about it? Of course, please Contact Us so we investigate. Be aware though, that like all businesses, we do not operate off of gossip and hearsay and we will not debate with you further on the matter. Even the largest of corporations investigates thoroughly (and for privacy reasons, no they don't keep you informed).
Indemnification:
DigiFavs does not possess the ability to supervise or police against infringing product or conduct. You agree to indemnify and hold DigiFavs, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any vendor listed through DigiFavs or third party due to their or your use of the service and site.

Below are the images you should place on your site, this helps everyone...remember, a visit for DigiFavs is a visit for anyone there & it might just be you! When using the first logo below you should be linking to the first gallery page of the department that your products are usually located at, either:
When linking the logo, please avoid displaying & linking it from your links page, this is not a very visible spot & is in fact one of the least frequently visited pages of a site. Instead please link the logo from somewhere prominently seen.
